About Widtom

Widtom lets you prepare and review designs in ChatGPT and display approved designs in the Widtom iPhone app and Home Screen widget. You need compatible devices, the Widtom app and access to the relevant ChatGPT features. Apple and OpenAI provide their own services under their own terms.

Your account and content

Keep your account secure and use Widtom only with content you have permission to use. You retain your rights in content you provide. You permit us to store, process and display that content as needed to provide Widtom, including preparing previews and synchronizing approved widgets. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.

Do not use Widtom for unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, to access another person’s account or private data, or to interfere with the service or bypass its security and approval controls.

Previews and updates

Review your design before choosing Apply or Restore. When you enable automatic updates, Widtom may replace only the content covered by that permission until it is paused or otherwise ends under its stated limits. A content-update permission does not authorize arbitrary design, artwork or timer changes.

Widtom can display information supplied through your ChatGPT conversation. It does not independently connect to your calendar or guarantee that information is current or accurate. Check the original source before relying on important information.

Device connectivity, background processing and Apple system scheduling affect preview preparation and Home Screen updates. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable. Widtom is not intended for emergency alerts, safety-critical tasks or other uses that require guaranteed timing or availability.

Privacy and deletion

The Privacy Policy explains how Widtom processes information. Use the app’s account controls to request deletion of your Widtom account and its associated data. Deleting a Widtom account does not delete your separate ChatGPT account, ChatGPT conversations or records held by other connected services.

Service changes and access

Features and compatibility may change as Widtom, Apple and OpenAI evolve. Access may be restricted when necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. If these terms materially change, the updated terms and their effective date will be made available. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer law does not allow to be waived.
